Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.​

To return your order, simply visit Returns and follow the steps provided on our partner’s site. Choose between a return or an exchange, and select the return method that best suits you.

Merchandise purchased online, will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. ​

Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal sticker) and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, excluding delivery charges. ​

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted.
